Longfellow Spanish Immersion School is a total Spanish immersion program.  A total  Spanish immersion program is one where students receive instruction in the target language only, in our case Spanish, for the first few years of their schooling.  At Longfellow Spanish Immersion School, formal English instruction begins at grade three.  The delivery of English instruction is achieved through team teaching among Spanish teachers or by an English teacher.
